About Us

Rena HanksRena Hanks is a productivity consultant specializing in workplace organization, communication and team building.  Rena has over 30 years of experience in the collegiate arena.  Using the MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) she helped students and faculty understand their personalities and how these relate to learning and teaching styles.

In addition, she conducts seminars on organization, productivity, communication, time management, customer service, leadership development, dealing with change and team building to businesses, K-12 teachers and university professors.  Rena uses humor and techniques developed and honed in the classroom to give clients a “tailor-made” presentation.  Her years of experience and unique down-to-earth delivery of information make her a natural in helping businesses be more productive.

Rena is a member of the Association for Psychological Type (APT), National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), the Network for Productivity Excellence (NPEX) and the Elko Area Chamber of Commerce-serving on the Chamber Board of Directors and the Elko Area Leadership Insititute Steering Committee and Government Affairs Committee.  She volunteers with Horizon Hospice in their Memorial Rose Garden.
